3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password and login details completely confidential and do not share them with any third party.

• Use a strong password — combine letters, numbers and special characters.
• Log out of your account at the end of every session, especially on shared devices.
• Be careful when logging in from unfamiliar devices or public Wi-Fi networks.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

Any transaction carried out using your account credentials will be considered your own. heybaji athlete is not responsible for unauthorised access or transactions unless a fault on the part of the platform itself is proven.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Methods currently available for depositing funds on heybaji athlete: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

Use the correct account number and reference number when making a deposit. heybaji athlete is not responsible for any delay caused by incorrect information.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit — for identity verification purposes.
• The required wagering must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Large withdrawals from unverified accounts may be held pending.
• The withdrawal amount will be sent to the original deposit method or bank account.

4.3 Transaction Review

heybaji athlete reserves the right to review any unusual transaction. If suspicious activity is found, the platform has the right to request additional verification or place the transaction on hold.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total account balance to ৳2,000; to withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general rules apply to all bonus promotions:

• Read the specific terms of the relevant promotion before claiming a bonus.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the required wagering has been completed.
• A promotion cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

heybaji athlete offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, live casino and fishing games. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or server issue, the bets affected by the technical error may be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.

6.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the bets on that event will be re-evaluated.
• In live betting, changes to odds take effect immediately.

• If signs of fraudulent activity are found.

10.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to request account closure. Withdraw any available balance before closing the account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

A temporary or long-term self-exclusion option is available to help manage gaming addiction. Once this option is activated, access to the platform will not be possible for the specified period.

11. Limitation of Liability

heybaji athlete is not responsible for the following:

• Any bet lost due to internet disconnection.
• Transaction delays caused by issues with third-party payment systems.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Incorrect odds or information displayed due to technical errors.

In any situation, heybaji athlete's maximum liability will be limited to the amount deposited in the relevant transaction.

12. Changes to Terms
